How long does the custom design process take?
Typically, custom orders are completed within 7-10 business days after design approval. We ensure every detail is perfect before it leaves our shop.
What if there is a problem with my order?
Customer satisfaction is our priority. If there's a defect in the garment or the print, please contact us within 14 days for a resolution.
Do you offer bulk discounts?
Yes! Discounts start at orders of 10+ items. The more you order, the more you save per piece. Contact us or fill out the Custom Order form for a custom quote.
How should I care for my printed shirts?
For the best results, wash inside out on cold, hang to dry or dry on low heat, and avoid ironing the design to keep your custom items looking new.
Can I bring my own artwork or logo?
Absolutely! We accept PNG Images with a DPI of at least 300 and can help optimize your for the best printing results on your chosen apparel.
What printing methods do you use?
We specialize in DTF (Direct-to-Film) printing and high-quality screen print transfers to give your designs vibrant color and long-lasting wear.
What apparel brands do you offer?
We primarily use premium brands like Bella+Canvas, Comfort Colors, and Gildan to ensure the perfect balance of comfort, durability, and print quality. However, additional brands are available upon request.
Do you give a percentage of profits to charity?
Yes! As a Christian Organization we believe in stewarding our profits well. That is why we give 10% of all our profit to a local Christian organization. This organization is changed every year to ensure we can support different areas of Christian ministry.
